Todd is the Founder and CEO of The Gaybors Group. A proud and unapologetic member of the LGBTQ+ community, Todd has dedicated his career to advocacy and to building platforms that create visibility, opportunity and lasting impact for the community he proudly calls home.

Todd knows that with power and privilege comes responsibility which is why every transaction at The Gaybors Group contributes to the Gaybors Fund which supports grassroots nonprofits doing life-saving work in LGBTQ+ communities.

Logan Lynn is President of The Gaybors Group and co-Founder and CEO of Gaybors Music. He is a songwriter, producer, filmmaker, television personality, artist manager, talent agent, executive, and activist who has spent the past three decades working across music, television, film, fashion, and community. He has released music since 1998 on Caroline/EMI, The Dandy Warhols' Beat The World Records, Kill Rock Stars, and other labels.

Since 2017, Logan has worked with Grammy Award-winning band Portugal. The Man, overseeing charitable initiatives, brand partnerships, collaborations, and activations, and helping launch PortuGAY at KNIK Records. He is also a Creative Consultant for GoDaddy's .gay domain and serves on the Board of OUT Central Oregon. Previously, Logan hosted NewNowNext Music on MTV's Logo Network and held executive leadership roles in behavioral health and public advocacy.

With three decades of experience in the art of drag, Disco Dollie is a seasoned performer, creative producer, and community leader who has left an indelible mark on stages across the LGBTQIA+ entertainment scene. Known for bringing glamour, wit, and a deep sense of authenticity to every performance, Disco Dollie embodies the power of drag as both an art form and a movement.

Beyond the stage, Disco Dollie brings a strong professional background in marketing, social media management, and nightlife leadership. Their ability to blend creative vision with strategic direction has made them a driving force in developing inclusive, high-impact productions that uplift and unite queer communities.

Disco Dollie champions artistry, collaboration, and representation—bridging the gap between entertainment and empowerment. Their mission is to create spaces where performers shine, audiences connect, and the legacy of drag continues to evolve with purpose and pride.

Megan is passionate about helping independent LGBTQ+ artists reach new audiences and grow their careers through live performance opportunities. Since joining the company she has combined her love of music with years of industry experience to support artists in building meaningful connections with fans and venues alike.

Coming from a musical family, Megan developed a deep appreciation for music at an early age. Growing up surrounded by musicians and music lovers gave her a firsthand understanding of the dedication, creativity, and hard work that go into being an artist. That perspective continues to guide her approach to artist representation today.

Before becoming a booking agent, Megan worked extensively with independent musicians in both digital and physical music distribution. Her experience gave her valuable insight into the challenges artists face and the tools they need to succeed in a constantly evolving music industry.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Megan is especially passionate about creating opportunities for independent and LGBTQ+ artists to share their music with wider audiences. She believes every artist deserves the chance to be heard and is committed to helping talented musicians find new opportunities, grow their fan base, and take the next step in their careers.
