We manage every detail of working with drag performers, from talent sourcing and booking to contract negotiations, rider management, scheduling, performance logistics and event coordination to promote visibility throughout the drag industry.

Drag Me to the Movies is an immersive experience that turns fan-favorite films into the ultimate sing-along. Drag Bingo
Drag Bingo is a glamorous and interactive experience where numbers come with sass! Guests enjoy banter, unforgettable performances and plenty of chances to shout BINGO!
Pride Night

Drag Trivia
Get ready to put your brains and your lashes to the test! Drag Trivia is a high-energy night of laughs, fabulous hosts and fierce questions. Expect sass and surprises as our dazzling drag performers turn trivia into a spectacle.
Icons
Step into a world of illusion and star-studded fantasy as our queens channel your favorite diva legends. Icons is an unforgettable show that celebrates the music of icons, from Cher to Miley Cyrus, where pop royalty reigns and the illusion is everything.
Werq Room Workshop
Go behind the pink wall for the Werq Room Workshop interactive workshop. Drag Race designers reveal the creative process behind iconic looks, while drag professors spill tips on contouring, wig reveals and performance, culminating in a mini-challenge for attendees to showcase their skills.
Espresso Yourself
Espresso Yourself, held at a coffee shop, invites the gayborhood and allies to enjoy their favorite caffeinated beverages alongside acoustic sets from artists and bands from Music in Demand, plus drag performances, all in a welcoming, sober-friendly space designed to bring the community together.

Grassroots nonprofits are the heartbeat of the gayborhood. These smaller organizations do vital, on-the-ground work, yet frequently struggle to access the working capital, grants and program funding needed to sustain their impact, and sometimes even to keep their doors open.
