The Gaybors Group represents a diverse roster of drag performers while building a sustainable, thriving economy for drag performers around the world.
Visibility for LGBTQ+ audiences isn't just a Pride-month moment—it's a year-round commitment. We manage every detail of working with drag performers, from talent sourcing and booking to contract negotiations, rider management, scheduling, performance logistics and event coordination to promote visibility throughout the drag industry.

PROFESSORS OF DRAG
We are bringing together drag fans with our professors, stars from Drag Race who know how to serve tens across the board.
Our classes transform real-world expertise, passion and personality into immersive experiences designed to educate, entertain and inspire. Each class is built around the unique talents of our professors and features interactive programming, hands-on learning and a signature mini-challenge that gives attendees the opportunity to put their new skills to the test.
Designed for venues of all kinds, our classes can be booked by clubs, beauty schools, dance studios, colleges, universities, hotels, conferences and other spaces looking to offer something truly unique to attendees while generating revenue.
Each prepackaged class includes the professor alongside a team of local drag performers who promote and bring the class to life. We provide a complete list of required materials, a detailed run of show and custom marketing collateral to help successfully promote the class and connect with their community.

Get ready to put your brains and your lashes to the test! Drag Trivia is a high-energy night of laughs, fabulous hosts and fierce questions. Expect sass and surprises as our dazzling drag performers turn trivia into a spectacle.
Icons
Step into a world of illusion and star-studded fantasy as our queens channel your favorite diva legends. Icons is an unforgettable show that celebrates the music of icons, from Cher to Miley Cyrus, where pop royalty reigns and the illusion is everything.
Werq Room Workshop
Go behind the pink wall for the Werq Room Workshop interactive workshop. Drag Race designers reveal the creative process behind iconic looks, while drag professors spill tips on contouring, wig reveals and performance, culminating in a mini-challenge for attendees to showcase their skills.
Espresso Yourself
Espresso Yourself, held at a coffee shop, invites the gayborhood and allies to enjoy their favorite caffeinated beverages alongside acoustic sets from artists and bands from Music in Demand, plus drag performances, all in a welcoming, sober-friendly space designed to bring the community together.

It offers a firsthand look at the successes, struggles and evolving realities of the drag economy while celebrating the creativity, resilience and impact performers continue to bring to audiences and communities across the country.
While drag continues to grow as an art form, profession and cultural force, performers continue to face challenges that impact their careers, livelihoods and ability to thrive. State of Drag shines a light on those challenges while identifying the needs of performers and providing valuable insights and recommendations for venues, buyers and promoters. By listening directly to the people who make drag possible, this report aims to help create a stronger, more equitable and sustainable future for the drag community.
