The Pride Equity Group connects clients with LGBTQ+ talent while continuing to do what we do best: championing out and proud voices at the forefront of visibility, culture, representation and community. We provide clients with a streamlined way to connect with every corner of the LGBTQ+ community. From creators, artists and entertainers to performers, speakers and cultural leaders, we make it easier to discover, book and collaborate with LGBTQ+ talent. The Pride Equity Group partners with The Gaybors Group in the United States, a leading agency for LGBTQ+ creators and entertainers. Our teams work closely together with the goal of creating and aligning opportunities between the United States and Thailand for talent.

The Pride Equity Group is a full-service agency that advocates on behalf of our talent. We create and distribute marketing collateral, develop campaigns with clients, negotiate contracts including rates and usage terms, oversee deliverables and provide campaign reports to clients. Beyond brand collaborations, we create additional opportunities for clients that in turn generate revenue for talent created throughout the year. From content strategy and keynote speakers to trans-focused workshops, Pride planning and community programming, we create opportunities for talent to share their expertise, creativity and experiences with clients.

We are proud to be an agency for and by the LGBTQ+ community. Our team includes members of the Thai LGBTQ+ community who are passionate about the community they call home. We are committed to building a thriving team of LGBTQ+ community members who advocate for talent while helping create greater economic opportunities within the community.

Like other agencies, we cannot guarantee a specific number of campaigns or collaborations each month. We are committed to being transparent with our talent, including being upfront that we are a new agency and building a new business takes time. As we grow our client relationships and expand our marketing efforts, our goal is to create more opportunities for our talent. We believe that building strong relationships with clients will lead to more meaningful opportunities as we continue to grow.

No. We want creators and talent to see The Pride Equity Group as another resource for building opportunities and generating revenue. We do not require exclusivity.

When a client expresses interest in working with you, a team member will present the campaign details including deliverables, usage terms, timeline, rate and payment terms along with our agency commission. We ask that talent respond to collaboration offers in a timely manner and communicate any requested changes to the proposed terms. We will then work with the client to discuss and negotiate those changes. Once the terms have been finalized between all parties, the campaign agreement will be completed and production can begin.

For opportunities sourced by The Pride Equity Group that result in a signed agreement, we collect a 20% agency commission. We are also available to negotiate on your behalf for opportunities you bring to us. When you introduce a collaboration to The Pride Equity Group team and we negotiate and close the opportunity, we collect a 10% commission.

The Pride Equity Group collects the full payment from the client. Within three business days of receiving payment, we issue the talent payment less our applicable agency commission. We will collect the necessary payment details from you to process your payment.

No. Once you approve your marketing collateral, you become part of our talent roster, which includes a talent page on the website, and are introduced to clients across Thailand. If you ever want to be removed from our talent roster, simply submit your request in writing to the team. Upon receipt of your request, your marketing materials will be removed within two business days.
